T & C

Aluminium casting

Casting is the most widely used method of forming aluminum. Our experienced work force are highly skilled in two aluminium casting methods; sand casting & gravity die casting.

Services

We are a highly skilled team of people dedicated to serving the customer, from first contact to post delivery support. We provide a rapid response from feasibility studies on concept designs, through to design assistance and guidance, pattern manufacture, prototyping, component production, heat treatment and delivery.

Patterns

We can produce patterns from 3D models which enables us to rapidly produce complex castings with a good surface finish to very tight tolerances.

Heat Treatment

Where required, heat treatment is used to improve the mechanical and physical properties of iron, aluminium and copper-based casting.
