Ranging from <1kg to 1000kg in grey and ductile irons, we have the capability to fulfill basic architectural work through to highly complex engineering components.
We have a dedicated and experienced team to assist client's engineering departments with the design of their castings.
We are dedicated to the manufacture and supply of castings that meet or exceed the expectations of our customers. In pursuit of this objective and as a means of achieving continuous improvement, the company is committed to a policy of Total Quality Management.
Casting is the most widely used method of forming aluminum. Our experienced work force are highly skilled in two aluminium casting methods; sand casting & gravity die casting.
We create casting prototypes to the highest levels of complexity with a rapid turnaround without compromising on quality.
We take all reasonable and practicable steps to promote healthy and safe working conditions for all our employees and to ensure the health, safety and well being of other persons who visit our premises.
Our engineers are capable of performing complex machining operations to a wide range of casting types and sizes.
We recognise that our operations have an impact on the local, regional and global environment within which people live and work, and that management and mitigation of these impacts is necessary for sustainable growth.
We are a highly skilled team of people dedicated to serving the customer, from first contact to post delivery support. We provide a rapid response from feasibility studies on concept designs, through to design assistance and guidance, pattern manufacture, prototyping, component production, heat treatment and delivery.
We can produce patterns from 3D models which enables us to rapidly produce complex castings with a good surface finish to very tight tolerances.
Where required, heat treatment is used to improve the mechanical and physical properties of iron, aluminium and copper-based casting.
